Trip Leader Info

The following 2 documents are for the Trip Leader who is tasked with managing the trip for the day or the weekend.

The Trip Leaders Guide provides the minimum information required for a leader and what is expected of them.

Trip Leaders are not expected to do everything themselves and feel free to delegate some tasks or the management of items or people.

Please fill out a Trip Intentions form before leaving the Meeting place for the Club Trip.

Also please use the HTG Board to communicate the Trip, the Cave, the number of cavers, the ETA back.
